Discount Program
We use an income sliding fee scale set by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services to determine the percentage amount to be discounted for services. If you feel like you can not afford our rates, simply let us know and we’ll see if you are eligible for our sliding fee scale. We also offer payment plans for those in need.
Sliding scale fee range: $80-$100
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show for your scheduled appointment or cancel less than 48 hours (two business days) notice, you consent to be charged and are required to pay $50 for the missed session/late cancellation.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. When becoming a client with us, you have the right to request an estimate of your bill for all medical items and services . To best assist you, we are transparent with our session rates and costs and include these above.
You will confirm and consent to only one session at a time which your therapist will confirm with you at the end of each session. This means you will never be “surprised” or receive additional services/fees that you have not agreed to.
